VetSTREET's Pet Portal is an online communication platform designed to help us improve client communications. It is a fun and easy way to keep track of your pets’ appointments, vaccine records and health needs.

Clients will automatically become signed up for their personalized Pet Portal once we have an email address in our system.You will be able to access your Pet Portal directly from this website using your user name (email address) and your assigned password ( which may be changed later). No one else can access your pets’ records.

Vaccine and reminder information will be posted on a secure page for you to view any time. You can request an appointment or a refill on medication or food directly from your Pet Portal as well as get educational material about various diseases. You may personalize your Pet Portal with a picture of your pet. The site will prompt email alerts for reminders for yearly exams and/or vaccines. Newsletters with various themes are emailed quarterly to all clients.
